I have seen these signatures all over NGU.
Can someone please link me to a tutorial on how to make them or just give a quick tutorial.

Do you have Photoshop ?

For cool writing policies you have to go to: dafont.com

Then use photoshop to make cool layers; colors and stuff

Look there all sort of graffiti fonts Happy
And use photoshop to make cool designs/Layers.
