This isn't always a surefire way to catch rippers, because in many cases, the sig you are looking for may be ripped, but the original won't show up in the search, simply because it was never archived by tineye.

Google has reverse image searching, which is way better than tineye.

Tineye doesn't use an archive.
It bounces off of search engines.
