My question is, do I need to go online to make the rte stick and do I need game updates? I have never rte before so I am not trying to f**k something up in the process. I have iMars Ghost BLUS version if that matters. Any help is wanted. THANKS

first of all what do you want to rte?
campaign? if so then u dont need to go online
multiplayer ? then u need to go online obviously xD

in enstone's thread he explains how to use ccapi on cex systems.
if u use a tool then u will need to start the game , startup the tool on ur pc.
enter ur ps3's ip address and connect the tool with ur ps3
if done that just select the boxes with the mods u want or however the tool is created
