have you backed the game up to hdd via multiman ?

Ok go into multiman, hover over the selected game and press square, press X on both Internal and BD emulator/mirror

Remember to do this for all your games to stop that annoying blackscreen :p

But i cant because multiman won't even load the game like it wouldn't even click load as i have tried your method before.

Ok.

"Multiman">Scroll across to "Settings">Scroll down to "BD Emulator" make sure its enabled.

Also what version of multiman are you using ?
Is it for DEX or CEX?

I don't have Skype sorry.

Did you try this method? Multiman>Settings>BD Emulator-Enable it ?
