I'm running 4.70 REBUG with COBRA mode enabled.

You shouldnt need to spoof to CEX in order to load up the game, having COBRA mode enabled should of fixed this problem, ill have a look around to see if i can find a fix for you

make sure its clicked on internal and BD Mirror in multiman and just the load the game from multiman it will run
