it isnt possible to make it stick , but i can make a tool were u can set it and u can use it but will only be while u use the tool

Wrong. I have it in my tool and i modded my own account with it and it sticks. Also modded other peoples accounts and it sticks

Agree with Luckeyy, I have modded riot shield in my tool aswell.
It Sticks perfectly well.

Could it be the way you are applying/coding it?
