1.go to debug settings
2.Make sure Np environment is set to np
3.make sure boot mode is system software mode
4.make sure network settings for debug is set to single settings
5.now open ps3ita manager 1.5.1 and press start
6.go to network tools
7.press restore original console id(CONSOLE ID MUST NOT BE BANNED)
8.exit ps3ita manager and go to network settings
9.test your connection
10.sign in to psn
11.Install the debug EBOOT.BIN or default_mp.self and launch ghosts
12.Now Try Attaching the game and it should work

you use ghosts tool 1.02 ? i have the same problem dex connected attach process: can not attach

mayb is this the problem : ps3tmapi_net.dll

Try a different tool, in fact add me on Skype, uygar.gurkan. I will help yous with it

all tools have same problem for me, im on rebug 4.46 dex btw

Nothing worked for me until I downloaded and installed Visual basic studios

If you cant attach it is either because:
You have the incorrect eboot
OR
You dont have the correct files for the tool

i have ps3mapi.dll in the same file with the tool and the eboot i have downloaded it from here from the sticky thread collection.
i just dont undertand why as i used to rtm in both mw3 and bo2

There is something wrong I know eboots are region free but try another
