No you're just banned on ghost you can play shitty mw2 and shitty mw3 and bo2 just try not to mod them well you can mod mw2 and 3 they stop giving a shit

if you have a banned cid (console id) you can change them via ccapi or another console control you can find them at other websites like portal centric or console crunch and it will tell you at the side of them what games the cid is banned from. Hope this helps
