(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello NGU! Today I show will you how to downgrade Play Store 4.X.XX to 3.10.14 or Android Market 2.3.6.
With the downgrading you can use 'Freedom' without any problems. Smile
You can use this App too if you want back to the original Play Store and update to 4.X.XX

This works ONLY with rooted devices!

What do you need?
- A rooted device (I use my HTC Desire)
- A Brain
- The modded APK (You must login or register to view this content.)

Steps:
1. Download the APK

2. Install the APK on your device

3. Launch and choose the version which you want and press 'Install and reboot'

4. After your device rebooted you should have the Play Store/Android Market Version which you wanted.

That's all! Enjoy 'Freedom' or whatever you wanted with the downgrade. Smile

There is the opportunity to delete the newest version but here is the problem when you go into the Play Store it updates the App. The APK in this thread stop the auto update and it's much faster than doing it on the computer. I had that problem and that's the reason why I post it here on NGU to share it with others. Smile

I've had my phone rooted since I got it, so I never even thought about needing access. Thanks!

Sorry but is it working on KitKat 4.4.2, I am using HTC Butterfly S, I receive a new GMScore.apk from Google but no way to update.
After deleted and updated it to system/priv-app then restart, it always be auto restored to default Google Play Service.
