There is no way to "hack" clash of clans,though there is Xmodgames and custom severs but the answer to your answer is no because it is a online hosted sever. Also the websites that say they can,they cant not and they just give your info to telemarketers. I hope this helps. Good luck.

No, it does not. And these servers are patched as of now.

The servers were something like dev servers. You could basically get whatever you wanted. As soon as you used one, your other account would be logged off, so you'd have to make sure that was saved.
These towns could not be transferred over to the main servers.
If anything, I think these could benefit from helping you learn the best strategies for attacking, without having to waste your res you earned.
