there's not a actual "hack" for clash of clans because it's based on a server, there might be one but the people that made it would probably keep the "hack" private because it'll create chaos in the clash of clans server. so basically the answer is no there's no hack for it

No, nor will you. The game is all server sided. Very slim chance of finding anything, and even if it did, it would be patched through a hotfix.
