Do you install the game to your hard disk? If you did, try delete the installation files and reinstall the game again.

ok seems now that it freezes whenever it wants to even scrolling through the menu.. guessing it could be a corupt save file or something.. i know this is probly useless but is there anywhere that anyone knows of on how to contact someone to help with this issue??

or would anyone have any suggestions.

Ok, if you still have about 8GB free space in your hard disk, try install the file locally and re-run the game again. let see if there is any different.

When you run the game for the first time, it will prompt you whether to install some of the files locally to speed up the loading, etc. If you have skipped that, go to Game Option and you can find an option to install the game to your hard disk.

Cheers!
