(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); 1 - Get a Red Bull X2010.
2 - Use a rubber band to tie the right stick in the up position.
3 - Use a something to have the left stick in the (slightly) right position, I used Blu-tack.
4 - Get a USB keyboard and plug it in.
5 - Put an object on the Enter key to hold it down.
6 - Enter the Dream Car Indy race.
7 - ????
8 - PROFIT!!!

The X2010 will race along the wall and still beat the opposition, and the enter key on the keyboard (if held down) will auto-collect money/xp and select to race again Happy
You can just leave this for as long as you want, and it will keep running!

You get 108,000 per race on the Dream Car one (and about 9500xp). It takes about 7mins 30s. Thats about 864,000 credits and 76,000xp per hour. So this can be a tidy little earner while you're sleeping.

If you want to grind for $$$ instead of XP...
Do the Like the Wind Indy race. It works out that you earn about 1.5x more money, but 0.7x XP per hour.

My contraption for holding down the Enter key. (An old guitar effects processor on top of a roll of adhesive tape) Apologies for the dirty keyboard, it is an old one I got for free just for this purpose lol

An old Non-DS3 controller showing where you can tie rubber bands.

But the way I see it is if you already own the X2010 you already decimate everything in the game, I don't see the reason for going for more XP... unless you're trying to go for the Endurance Series in A-Spec, 24-hour Nurburg... goddamn.

The thing don't work, it will eventually just gonna go away on the wall good enough to crash and send you the other way, or the cars will cockblock you and spin you out too.

Your too lazy to grind, then grind on B-Spec since the amount of time doing that is about the same time little Bob finishes the race.

i don't really see the point with these methods..i mean if you're so lazy to even play a game u bought why bother in the first place..
no offence mate, but GT5 is/was meant to be played by the "gamer" in order to extract full enjoyment, and if "someone else" or "something" is doing the work for u,might as well exchange GT5 for another game more to your liking.
there are plenty of races to earn massive amounts of credits and XP and they don't take too long to go through..
but yeah,that's my opinion....

Naw I love A-Spec, but it's just a lil trick that lets you leave it for like 8 hours overnight.

I see a Moneymaker!
Let's assume it takes 5 minutes to complete this race in this way including all the beween race stuff.
8 Hours x 60 Minutes = 480 Minutes
480 / 5 Minute Race Time = 96 races in an 8 hour period.
96 x 70,000 Cr. = 6,720,000 Cr

Not bad money for a nights sleep!
