How To Install:
1. On your PS3 Launch Muiltiman
2. On Your PC Open File Zilla
3. Connect to your PS3
4. Go To DEV_HDD0/GAME/BLUS30127 OR BLES00229/USRDIR/ (Must have the game updated to the latest version)
5. Drag the UPDATE.IMG which you downloaded From here into There (it should ask you if you want to replace, just hit OK.)

GTA IV Is ruined on PS3 but great loader Ima use it on xbox

How, there are less modders on gta 4 PS3 than there is on xbox360...
even though there are WAY less players on PS3

sorry for late reaction, but yes you should be able to if your playing GTA 4 Original .. Just Replace the UPDATE.IMG and press START to open the loader
