(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Im On 4.75.3 D-REX And Iv Gone Through Multiman and put the BD Mirror and the Game disc on but when i load the game all i get is a black screen still??

Change your Boot Mode to Release Mode under your Debug Settings. If that doesn't fix it, then delete everything GTA IV related (DLC, Game Saves, Updates, the Game itself, etc.), and try it again. IF THAT still doesn't work, try updating to the latest version of Rebug, that being 4.81.1.
