Here Is In Written Text How To Remove The DNS IP'S From Your Network Settings For PS3:
Step 1: Go TO PS3 Home.
Step 2: Go To Network Settings.
Step 3: Go To Internet Connection Settings.
Step 4: Press X When "Ok" Appears On Your Screen.
Step 5: Go To Custom(OR)Easy Either One You Use.
Step 6: Find The Network Your Connected To, And Keep Scrolling Until You See "DNS SETTINGS".
Step 7: Once You Are At "DNS SETTINGS" Go To The Option Called "Manual"
Step 8: Change All Of Your DNS SETTINGS To 0.0.0.0 Including Secondary (If Any Numbers).

(EXAMPLE)

Step 9: When Your DNS Settings Match The Picture Above Hit X And Continue Scrolling to The Right.
Step 10: Once You Are At The Last Option You Can Test Or Just Save! And Finished!
