You can not store modded vehicles anymore.

Well, you can still store Franklin's Buffalo, the hearse, and Trevor's Sanchez.

Actually a tool to mod the last car you were in would be nice. I know you can edit nearly every car in gta v. Trucks, police cars, ATVs, Ambulances, etc
