cant get jobs from martin madrazo?

I had this problem but I waited till he sent me a job and did it. Now I can request jobs same thing happened for Lester.

i can request jobs but they won´t start, i get till u see the clouds n thats it
martin, lester, ron & rockstar created jobs, all the same
any idears ?
