It says it right there. You have to reply to that email to get someone to reply back to you.

I just replyed the same Answer i sent like 14 tickets about my banned they have not replied yet its been 5 days

"please respond to this ticket and we will address other issues individually" is what they said...
So im guessing yeah just let them know that your problem doesnt have to do with the Jan 15 money removal and tell them what your problem is again and hopefully they'll get back to you
