Had the same issue. It is due to missing files "dlc" try deleting the patch if you got it on digital you'll need to re download the game sadly.
But try this also delete the save data aswell

I downloaded patch from internet, because every time i go onlien gta v asks me to update to 1.09. And when i press yes, my ps3 beeps twice and restarts. I do not know why, perhaps it is because i have duplex release ?

Just delete the patch and then download from game.

change your "modd" common for the original one, they've patched all different common.
