If you are detected on CFW, Sony ban whatever account you were using at the time along with your console.

If your account is banned then it's gone, no matter what CID you use. Spoofing your CID would only have protected the console's CID from being banned.

I have a quite stumping question for myself; I got one of my accounts banned from gta online using my CFW, then used another account on my CFW, changed neither cid or mac address and the second account worked fine no ban on gta.
I go on my OFW with the first account that got banned, and it wasn't banned on my OFW

I understand that, i was talking about if i didnt want my account to get banned. Would I (A) Spoof my PSID or (B) create a new account.
Also if i spoof my PSID, could i still log in or will it be a different name?

Do both. And yes, if you spoof your CID you can log in with a different name after spoofing your CID.
