4. While Holding the Documents Drive around for 5-10min or do something just leave your controller AFK. The timer starts when you pick up the documents.
5. Once it been 5-10min head over to deliver the documents

6. Deliver the documents and you should get $22,280-$30,000 and 4249-4500 RP
