Hey NGU Babies!!!
Now i know alot of you are having issues getting online for GTA [1.26], Some of you might of got the parental control message or some of you got the " You need to sign in PSN Network to use online features " even though you are already signed in. Here is a couple solution to solve your problem, It might even solve your problem for other games ad well.
Change DNS Settings
Primary DNS: 129.250.35.250
Secondary DNS: 129.250.35.251
**Note** I am currently using this as we speak and they work perfect.
Or
Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
**Note** To all people that miss being frozen and ddosed here is a temp fix, no need for changing DNS, just add this to your hosts file:

It will only work if your PS3 is connected to the internet through your PC ofc.

Yeah, I had the second set like three days ago and it stopped working today

Climbing up the ladder
Google DNS doesn't work, NTT Communications' is working (129.250.35.250 / 129.250.35.251), i'm using a DNS from my country (Brazil's GigaDNS) and is working fine.
Level 3 DNS is working too: 4.2.2.1 / 4.2.2.2.
Level 3 DNS is working too: 4.2.2.1 / 4.2.2.2.
