Make the account with PS Plus originally the Primary Account on the console - therefore everything on the primary account will be shared with the other users on the console or accounts which are added.

PS3 Modding is dead, there are too many kids running around with Jailbreaks and its not like the old days anymore.
Modding used to be fun, you would help others out with it and have fun with it, now every lobby you go into (gta, cod or any other game) there is a cunt who is blowing people up or aim botting and shit talking.
If a PS4 JB is released I hope it's much harder to get your hands on and only the experienced old school people are able to get their hands on them.
I see both good sides and bad sides of R* doing this, hopefully people make the most out of the time remaining.
