You also don't have to scroll through the suspensions. Just click up and go straight to the last one. It'll save you a bunch of time.

The 45 minute bypass does work on PS4. I'm able to fill up all 3 of my garages and sell them all no problem.

I think the bypass is that the game let's you sell however many amount of cars you want that you buy off of the Internet. I think the 45 minute wait is tied to street vehicles.

the 45 min bypass is to sell normal street cars. u can also use this glitch to sell duplicated supercars. LSC normally doesnt let you sell cars over 50k value. Use it on your elegy and you can sell a max tuned up elegy for +/- 180k
