Rockstar released a surprise update for the PS4 and Xbox One, adding some festive holiday touches, as well as some content additions.
Festivities:
Christmas Tree in Apartments.
Christmas Tree in Legion Square.
Snowballs
(Gather by Pressing D-Pad Left when Unarmed in Snow. Nine Snowballs can be stored at a time and will melt and disappear when swapping sessions or starting jobs.)
World Snow
Fireworks Return (12/24 - 1/5)
(Free on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.)

Going in and out of Eclipse Towers garage shows snow. I got so excited when I started to go inside my garage, quick turned around, saw the snow, and it stopped just as soon as my guy stopped. Not sure if it works anywhere else, haven't tried my other 2 properties. But it's a glimpse of what's to come.
