The developer announced from their official Twitter support account that they will once again offer the free items to GTA V users that access GTA Online on either Wednesday or Thursday of this week. Also, beginning Tuesday night, Rockstar Games will cover San Andreas in snow for the next few days.

"“In case you missed out, the GTA Online Festive Surprise inventory gifts will be available again on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.”
