I know that everyone has been having a problem to join or invite friends in lobbys but now I have found a soloution which I found today.

Step 1: Press 'start' and go to the 'online' tab
Step 2: Click on 'crews' then on 'friends crews'
Step 3: find your friends crew
Step 4: When you have found your friends crew you then need to hover on it and click 'X (PS3) or A(XBOX)',
Step 5: Click on 'View Members'
Step 6: Find your friend in that list then click on their name and it should let you join or invite them.

Please bare in mind this may not work sometimes

I have tried it on PS3 so it should work on PS4, XBOX 360 & XBOX ONE.

"X" on ps3 and ps4 is the equivalent to "A" on xbox. Circle is "B" and Square is "X".

I saw that on YouTube but it seemed too long as you all need to start the mission then click on 'free mode' and sometimes not all of your friends even get put into your lobby
