Here are some examples, I tried to make it exactly as they requested, I feel like I can be a lot more advanced with them, so if you want one that is more complicated, i'll try my best

Editing a very important video now, not enough RAM to run photoshop with it rendering later, I'll try to get to it ASAP however.

can i have a star in the background with the same colours and a scanline in that too, black inside, lime border, lime scanline
Also can i have it slanted, like at a 45 degree angle like = / with the star behind it

You don't need to pay. It's free. and you didn't say a specific font, so I used Arial, the same one from my sig. let me know if you want anything changed.
