I definitely agree with Genocide.

Mate, I normally dis-approve of these sorts of things. The moving 'GIF' images.
But this is nice, I like how its not to 'out there' and in your face. But this is nice.

I reckon that V1 is better, only if you make the end result longer then you will be able to say that it is a nice sig.

But overall good job!

I like the light and the colors, but the lightning thing, you shold play with some fx on that layer. One thing i would like to tell you is to NEVER EVER say that your are bad at something, even if you are, you gotta belive in your self, if you dont then you will never be good at gfx.
