you cant compare them. sony vegas is a video editing software but cinema 4d is a 3d rendering software. fail /facepalm

2 completely incomparable pieces of software, 1 is video editing the other is 3r rendering, but all of the best videos do not use 1 piece of software.

As people have said they can not be compared as they are designed for 2 completely different purposes. it is like comparing my bed to a car it can not be done.
