I'm making scan lines for everyone unless like 1 post and -150 Rep Premiums alway come first format below please quote so I'll know!

I don't know how to make avatars and also if you have blue text and a blue scan line it won't show up.
Also, not sure what font I'm using find one on dafont.com you like and link me to it.

i said black text blue outline blue scan

and for avatar just make it smaller the maximum it says on ngu a avatar can be just go to the avatar page and it tells you
