Today I'm Going to Tell All of you people that would like a scanline, how to MAKE ONE! :wtf: !!! They Seem to be very popular around here with people having free makers, but now you can totally make them by your self!
Steps you need to take!
1) You need to buy Photoshop. I would recommend just using the FREE :tits: 30 day trial which you can get here, if you want it again once the trial is up just delete the file and redownload it! : You must login or register to view this content. its the one with the logo like this:

2) Once you have downloaded that you need to go to file NEW like this. put it as pixels and do the width as around 500 and the height around 150!

3) Now you would want your Font. As you may know your computer doesn’t have all the fonts that you want. The best site that you can download fonts from is here: You must login or register to view this content. they have about every font!
4) Now go to the T picture and drag the thing across the 500 by 150 white surface. Then Type what you would like your Scanline to be (mine would be X-SonySucks-X).
5) From there you can click on the layer that you have and go to blending options and make a shader or make it glow. Have a border around it, etc.
6) Once your done making the text look as cool as you can! You need to go to the WINDOW bar at the top of photoshop and go to ANIMATION and click on that! This will make you have the bar at the bottom that shows what you slides you have.
7) From there you need to go to New Layer and Click on that. And go to the rectangle Tool which is on the side bar to the left! Click on that and drag it on the white screen where the text is to be a straight line. You can go to blending options again and edit everything if you would like.
Now you put it on one side of the Font and click the Duplicate Selected layers tool in the animation section. This will create a new layer and then you drag your line across to the other side of the text. 9) From there go to your text layer and drag it into the box with a circle in it to put the text in that bar (this makes the bar inside the text. From there you click the Tweens ANIMATION frames and in the box write something around 45 to make the bar slide across it at a curtain speed. Once you do that your almost done!
10) You now go to FILE and then SAVE FOR WEB AND DEVICES. This is the only thing that will make it a gif image so it moves. Anything else it will just be a pdf file or a gif image.
11) If you want to upload this gif scanline to the next gen updates you would need to use a photo service upload like photobucket: You must login or register to view this content. and make a profile and load the image. Now your done!!! For an Easier tutorial look at my video:
