Well since it's been a while i'll just give some tips on the basics:

Flow

1. Flow usually consists of movement towards a direction of a sig. Your doesn't really do that. It's all over the place really.
2. To fix this smudging is often a good technique to make a sig Flow, if you take this into consideration start a new sig. Also using the liquefy tool can help.

Text

1. In my opinion text is used to compliment a sig, not to be the focal of it, in this case the text stands at, distracting us from the focal. Try downing the opacity of the text layer.
2. The text placement in this sig isn't very good. Normally when the text is close to the focal it works, but since your text is green it stands out, amazingly.

Focal

1. The focal in this is easy to find, but thats when you LOOK for it, you shouldn't have to look for the focal, it should be there first thing you see in a sig.

Background

1. The background doesn't really work well, you can clearly see how you just didnt resize it once, I recommend smudging, or using C4Ds to create a good background.

If you take this advice into consideration really try and make the sig how i have described it.
