welcome to the hiring thread for vizionz gfx group!

vizionz gfx group is a gfx group where we interview and talk about gfx artists and their work on ngu! I am now hiring staff that is needed. There is no website for it, it will be hosted on ngu.
This will kind of be like a magazine
available spots:
Publisher: Head of the whole team (1 user needed)
editor: Reviews interviews and articles for grammatical and spelling errors (2 users needed)
interviewer: Interviews different gfx artists on ngu for articles for the group (3 users needed)
requirements to be on the team:
Activity - atleast 3 times a month
responsibility - 100%
respect - 100%
kindness - 100%
rules
1. Do not troll any users during an interview
2. Do not flame any users during an interview
3. Do not spam users asking for an interview

Agree to the rules:
2 examples of your work:
How to get your work in our magazine:
We will contact you if we feel that your art can be inside our magazine. Do not ask us for your work in the magazine.
Advertisement:
If you are not working for vizionz™ gfx team and would like to advertise a thread of yours, please pm a publisher (owner) with a link of the thread you want to be advertised (must pay 500 vbux for advertising)

Not really getting what this is it a downloadable pdf magazine you produces monthly please explain more!? and i would love to join I just would like to see some of your work first!

What you need for this to work are people who actually know what they are doing. Pretty much everyone active right now are not that good at all. Even what is said to be the best here is just babys scribbles compared to big GFX sites. Props for the ideas but I don't think there is enough talent for this to happen. You never know, get in contact with the old pros and maybe you can prove me wrong.

Not exactly sure anymore, Planet Renders forums used to be good. One I recently got an email from was FringeFX, I went and checked it out and there are some amazing artists there still. It is very hard to find active GFX forums now a days
