try to add some depth... right now its pretty much a render over the background so try incorporating the render into the background and add some lighting

To be honest, there is so many things wrong with this sig. Let's start off with the basics

1. Depth
No depth what so ever, it looks like you slapped on that render and added some paint brushes. There are various of techniques for adding depth, one of the most commonly used is the blur and sharpen technique. Use a gaussian blur and erase the blur from the focal point, in which this case, is the girl's face. Then use a sharpen effect and erase everything except the focal point, which again, is the girl's face. This will give you the basic depth look, there are many more advanced techniques but you can google that...But judging from your other sigs in your signature, it seems like you're familiar with depth. I don't know why you didn't implement that on this sig.

2. Color
Your color scheme is all over the place. You have blue, green, red, purple, and yellow that doesn't blend so well. Setup your basic color up and work on your sig from there. You can add gradient maps, adjust curves/levels, and use shading techniques to blend the colors together. So you have either that "heat" feeling, or the "cold" (which is basically the red or blue vibe). If you are truly stumped on how to fix your color theme, just make it B&W.

3. Blending
Like I mentioned above, you didn't do a good job with this because it looks like everything was just slapped on. A way to make it blend is by smudging couple layers of the render. Make it look like it's actually in the background. Smudge, erase, add c4ds, anything to make the effect that the girl belongs in there, and not just simply Photoshopped in.

4. Flow
The flow is off by a long shot. To be quite frank, there pretty much is no flow in this sig, you have the brush effect going in all different directions. Make the direction of the signature one way and add c4d's or brush effects following that same direction.

All in all, I would rate this a 2/5, if that. Work on the things mentioned above and if you truly need help, google tutorials on how to do it, or ask me and I can get you lead you in the right direction. Understand that I am only trying to help you get better and improve your sigs, so in the future you can use the techniques to make you better. Don't hate me or take it personally, it's called CnC for a reason. Oh and just make it look nice overall, like by adding a nice border, some clipping masks, text, anything really that improves the overall appeal to the sig.
