I would do something to improve the background it's kinda bland.

Will a wavy BG do? lol

I just wanted a small glow in the BG but that was to pain so I added some smudged green and blue colors in the BG and set it to Soft Light lol thought it was alright

But hey I might try a wavy BG on this =D

Its simple :p you no how you made the purple and blue bubbles? how you erease the center? Well same concept except you try to erease less and not the center but the whole brush you made to have some glares and colors in the bubbles

try making the background into something other than color. Try the underwater kind of stock?
