If your attempting to take a video from you tube and post it so it plays here all you do is copy the "Address URL" and paste it in the body section of your post. If you have a video you want to upload then you must 1st upload it onto your computer, then make an account at You must login or register to view this content. then upload it there. then copy URL and paste it here. Understand?

first go to youtube.com
click create account and upload your video
now just copy the url of you video, paste it here and you are done
