Tried purchasing an apartment today and it says wait for Simeon to call and i did, freeroamed for about an hour and a half and did not get a call, i went into new sessions, restarted the console, held up convenience stores, etc.. still no fucking call.

Any suggestions on what can be done now that the character transfer has been removed?

I Got A Feeling Where He Did The Tutorial and Didnt Answer The Phone And You Transferred It Might Have Stopped Simeon from calling you as its on next gen and ur a certain rank
