You can only get a premodded account that already has rank, cash, unlocks ect that will range in $80-300 depending on what the account has and on the seller. And the PS4 Drops they advertise it like that for a reason its not a modded console but they recover your PS4 account and add the cash on it with no mods its a private glitch (most say they use GC2F Glitch but they don't because they can easily add more than 50mill in a day) And you can't sell that many cars in a day if you know about the daily dupe limit selling.
