1. The account CANNOT have been already transferred.
2. Some stats MUST be altered to make it more 'genuine'
3. The money in question CANNOT exceed $500mil
4. The rank should be between 250-5000 (thanks to Pepperoniredd for confirming this through many tests)
5. The account has to have played gta5 online on the PS3 before August 2016. -OR- You will have to wait 30+ days for the account to enter Rockstar's new eligibility window.
