2. I can not play tennis, yoga, jet ski, stock race, darts, or trailathon.
3. I can not trigger any missions or Strangers & Freaks.

I can:
1. Go to Los Santos Customs
2. Use Michaels special ability
3. Buy guns from the ammunition store.
4. Go to the strip club.
5. Purchase property.
6. Get a wanted level, take damage & die.
7. Replay previously completed missions.

Tried reinstalling the game? Or replacing/deleting the game save data.

Thats quite odd. So you did try re-installing the game and deleting or replacing the save game progress data for single player ?
