Edit the TOTAL_PLAYING_TIME with LTS Tool or Imperium Account Editor to something between 10 and 15 Days.

I did add a few PS4 cars prior to logging off and tranfering. Maybe 30 minutes between them... didnt know if that could have caused it. Crazy.

Flatracer, thank you bud. I typically change that when I first setup the accounts, but I cant be 100% sure. Ill check it out. Thanks again!!

Sorry I was away for a few days. I normally set the time of character, walking time, etc. The account itself was one I made, ... then used for at lest 3-4 months. Not sure why it didnt trasfer, but it didnt. I tried 2 other accounts friday night..... one trafered and one did not. I never set the level higher than 135. IDK
