my customer want to play Gta v with their firends
create with lan party multiplayer on ps3 consoles.

Just go create an Invite Session.
From Singleplayer, open Pause -> Online -> Invite Session.

Then invite other people from the friends list.

Each person has to be signed in with a PSN account, you can't play fully offline.
