I don't think you'd get banned with tons of cash in your GTA Bank, I haven't yet and I have like 5000000000+ and go on like 4 or 5 days a week.

If you're sure they're getting banned a lot then my guess is that there either high rank or got way more cash than I typed above, Or could be on a CFW Console
