(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); How come Imperium Account Editor wont work? I understand the whole conflict between Take-Two Interactive but isn't Imperium an offline tool? Whenever I try to run it, it never works! Why?

Err no...Imperium is solely an online account editing tool.

It just need CCAPI to connect why does it need other internet connectivity? I have cut and used RTM's before and it worked just fine!
