I'm having the same or similar issues I get either "rockstar game services are unavailable right now please try again later" or "rockstar cloud servers are unavailable right now. please try again later" I've tried several different eboots no sprx and the stock 1.27 update.rpf with the same results. Not sure what else to try. Any ideas would be awesome.

I reinstalled the 1.27 update which didn't seem make a difference as i got the same result, but after changing router setting and using easy setup its going online so it seemed to be an issue with the ps3 and my router.
