No. Unfortunately there aren't many tweets about NGU, let alone ones that specify their location.

I can see tweets in Africa Happy good to now that the donations we send to them go towards computers but not food and water

No, I didn't. Looks like I used the same map as one that they offer, but I did it myself using PHP and the GD library. The background is a publicly available image from NASA's Blue Marble I believe; I snagged it from Wikipedia.
