No i don't use routers, So your gonna have to do some research while browsing

My Internet provider has a modem/router built in. Sounds complicated

yeah it does, my router doesnt suck but its pretty bad. Right when i turn on my laptop to start modding or download something, the internet crashes sometimes making it very frustrating.

Have tried calling your internet provider and speaking to Tech Support seeing if the issues is not on there end?

I will definitely try that and will get back to you once I have, but its thats not the case im going to try and just get a better router and research on that.
