theres a file that you can find in ifile that you can change what it says, also there are numerous tweaks in cydia that allow you to do so.

Install a cydia app called Mystrings. You'll be able to change a ton of stuff including that Winky Winky

Save Point
1. Download iFile from Cydia.
2. Open iFile and navigate to the first page (the one called "/")
3. Then select "System"
4. Then select "Library"
5. Then select "CoreServices"
6. Then select "SpringBoard.app"
7. Then select "English.Iproj"
8. Then select "SpringBoard.strings"
9. Now you will be brought to a long list of code. You will need to search the text for recognizable strings, such as : "slide to unlock", "slide to power off", "Enter Passcode."
10. Once found, select "Edit" and change that text into what you would like for it to say instead.
11. Then select "Save", and close iFile.
12. Now you will want to respring you Springboard.
13. When your iPod respring is complete, the strings you changed will show!

Slide to power off is probably in Springboard.strings as well, all you have to do is Ctrl+F it and change it manually.
